Candles
Each candle is hand-poured with care. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our candles:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the candle is unused, unburned, and in its original, sealed packaging

Opened, used, or burned candles cannot be returned

Custom or personalized candles are final sale

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including photos, and we will assist you
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Other Products
We gladly accept returns on other products (e.g. decor, accessories) under these conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
