Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within Denmark and the EU.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our candles, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or custom items.
If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos — we’ll make it right.

For all other products (e.g. decor, accessories), returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sustainability Commitment
Our products are thoughtfully created in small batches using sustainable materials. We pack using recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.
